You need to submit this form:

  » If you are submitting an undergraduate textbook adoption after the legislative deadline of April 1st.
  » If you are adding more textbooks to your existing undergraduate textbook adoption.
  » If you are changing your existing undergraduate textbook adoption.

 

All required signatures must be obtained prior to official textbook adoption.
